Using System Configuration
OPERA Configuration allows you to enter your Hotel information including definitions for all pick boxes. The following are among the available S&C configuration options:
- Reservations. Define S&C Room Types, the Sales Allowance, Business Block Pick Boxes, Function Spaces, Status Codes and Sell Messages.
- Profile. Define pick box values for the Address Formats, Preference Groups, Action Codes, sales information, potential sales, and Leads.
- Database. Define S&C Status Codes, Trace Codes, Activity Types, LOV Maintenance, Field List Maintenance, Snapshots, and Time Units.
- Catering. Configure Event Audit Log, Event Types, Menu Items, and Catering Packages.
- Translation. Translation Configuration lets you configure the Sales and Catering module so that certain kinds of information displayed to the user appears in your language of choice.
- Rate Management. Define the Property Calendar.
- Setup. Field Defaults, Data Dictionary Setup
