Repeating the Rate Room Combination to The Same Property
To repeat the rate/room combination to the same property, follow these steps:
- Select the Repeat button on the Rates screen.
OCM prompts, "Repeat rate code + (room type) to same property?"
- Select the Yes button to continue. The "Repeat" Options screen appears. From this screen, a user can select the type of rate information to repeat.
Note: Initially, the "Repeat" Options screen displays two check boxes; Repeat rate Details and Repeat channel rate management.
- Select the appropriate check boxes and select the OK button.
- Repeat rate details. Select this check box to repeat the rate details to other properties.
- Repeat channel rate management. Select this check box to repeat channel rate management information to other properties.
- Repeat channel rate rooms. Select this check box to repeat channel rate room information to other properties.
Note: The Copy channel rate rooms check box appears only if both the Copy Rate Details and Copy channel rate management check boxes are selected.
The Rates screen appears.
- Select the rates to repeat and select the OK button.
