Upsell Report Points (resupsell_pts with RES32.FMX)
This report shows available room types and the amount of points required for each in addition to the member’s available points balance. This report is available when the RESERVATIONS > RESERVATION UPSELL application function is set to Y.
Group By. Group the report by User, From Room Type, To Room Type, or Rule Code.
Sort Order. Sort the report by Alphabetical or Arrival Date.
In the report output, the results are broken into groups based on the user that completed the upsell.
CRS No. Central Reservation System number assigned to the reservation.
Room. Room number assigned to the reservation for which the upsell occurred.
Name. Name of the guest attached to the reservation.
Arrival Date. Arrival date of the reservation.
Departure Date. Departure date for the reservation.
From Room Type. The from room type for the upsell rule. This is the original room type category.
To Room Type. The to room type for the upsell rule. This is the room type that the original room type will be upsold to.
Upgrade Date. Date that the room upgrade was made.
Rate Code. Rate code attached to the reservation.
Upgrade Points. Total points charged for the room upgrade.
User ID. The User ID of the person who upgraded the room.
