Description. Switches the menu option on or off for recently used Accounts, Contacts, Profiles, Reservations, Events and Business blocks.
Internal Name. RECENT_USED_RECORDS_MENU
Property Determination. For many users who are familiar and accustomed to Microsoft products such as Word and Excel, the ‘Recently Used List’ shown under the File toolbar option is a time-saving and often-used feature. This option allows users to quickly access up to 10 of the most recently opened Reservations, Profiles, Blocks and S&C events.
Note: The Recent Events menu is available when either the Catering>Catering Events application function or the Blocks>Central Diary application function is active.

Note: when the Recent Reservations menu option is selected, ‘internally created’ reservations will not be shown. Internally created reservations are reservations that OPERA creates automatically without having to display and use the Reservation Details screen. Examples, Splitting a multi- room party reservation or creating a quick split rooming list for a group block. |
