Kiosk Group Application Parameters

Highlight the KIOSK group and then select the Parameters option button to configure the available parameters. The following parameters are available:

ALLOW GUEST CHECKIN WO CC. This parameter determines whether or not to allow a guest to check in without a credit card in the Kiosk. The available values are Y and N (yes and no).
Note: If a credit card is required at check in, the no post flag is lifted.
OVERRIDE VIDEO CHECKOUT. This parameter determines whether to override the video checkout functionality of OPERA. The available values are Y and N (yes and no).
RETURN CREDIT CARD APPROVAL DATA. Return Credit Card Approval Data On Check-out Y/N. Returns information regarding CC transactions information on guest remote checkout so that kiosk vendor can make a bank receipt with the information.
RETURN KEY EXPIRATION DATE Y/N. KIOSK INTERFACE RETURN KEY EXPIRATION DATE Y/N. The KABA KEY PIN interface must be installed at the property for the KEY_VALID_UNTIL field to be returned under Reservation Name.
SEND ALERTS AND STATISTICS ON RESV FETCH. Send alerts and statistics on reservation fetch. When set to Y, alert and stay history data will be returned in Kiosk GetArrivalOrDeparture, GetArrivingReservation, GetDepartingReservation, and GetInHouseReservation responses as well as OWS Reservation FetchBooking responses.
SEND COMMENTS IN RESERVATION YN. Send Comments In Kiosk Web Functions Like GetInHouseReservation, GetArrivalOrDeparture, GetArrivingReservation, And GetDepartingReservation.
SEND DO NOT MOVE ROOM FLAG YN. Send Do Not Move Room Flag In Kiosk Web Functions Like GetInHouseReservation, GetArrivalOrDeparture, GetArrivingReservation, And GetDepartingReservation.
SEND FIXED CHARGES. If set to 'Y' will send 'FixedCharges' element in GetArrivingReservation, GetDepartingReservation, GetArrivalOrDeparture and GetInHouseReservation response messages. If set to 'N' will not send 'FixedCharges'
SEND PAY ROUTING IN RESERVATION YN. Send Pay Routing In Kiosk Web Functions Like GetInHouseReservation, GetArrivalOrDeparture, GetArrivingReservation, And GetDepartingReservation.
SHOW INSPECTED ROOMS. When this setting is selected, the Kiosk will display only "inspected" rooms. When this setting is unselected, the Kiosk will show both "cleaned" and "inspected" rooms. The available values are Y and N (yes and no).
USE KIOSK E-SIGNATURE REGISTRATION CARD APPLICATION SETTING. Use Kiosk e-Signature Registration Card. When set to Y, OPERA will generate an e-registration card and return the file name and location to the kiosk vendor.
