Membership Points Exchange Codes

Select Setup > System Configuration > Profile > Memberships > Membership Billing > Exchange Codes to open the Membership Points Exchange Codes screen. Use the Membership Points Exchange Codes screen to create and edit the exchange codes on which the Membership Billing Groups are based. The exchange codes that are configured here will be available for assigning to Membership Points Exchange Rates.

Code. The Membership Points Exchange code.

Description. The description of the Membership Points Exchange code.

Seq. The sequence or numeric order in which the Membership Points Exchange code is listed.

Adding and Editing Membership Points Exchange Codes

To add a new Membership Points Exchange Code, select the New button on the Membership Points Exchange Codes screen. To edit an existing code, highlight the code and select the Edit button. The Membership Points Exchange Codes - New/Edit screen opens. Provide the following information and select the OK button:

Code. Enter a code for the Membership Points Exchange code.

Description. Enter a description for the Membership Points Exchange code.

Display Seq. Enter a numeric sequence or order for the Membership Points Exchange code. The number entered here will control the order in which the code is listed in screen display results. Membership Points Exchange codes that do not have a display sequence number appear in alphabetical order following the codes that have a sequence number assigned.

Inactive. Select this checkbox to inactivate the selected Membership Points Exchange code.
