Synchronize Profile Relationship Hierarchy Utility

After upgrading to OPERA v5.0.04.00 from a previous version, users with permission should use the Synchronize Profile Hierarchy Utility to initially build the profile_relationship_hier table. This table maintains an account’s relationship hierarchy up to 10 levels and is thereafter populated by the Forecast Processor when the application parameter General>Populate Reservation Statistics Tables is set to Y. The profile relationship hierarchy tables are used by S&C Advanced Reporting for calculating account statistics.

• Users need to be granted the permission Utilities>Synchronize Profile Relationship Hierarchy to run this utility.
• Access this utility by selecting Utilities>Synchronize Profile Relationship Hierarchy. The following screen displays.

Selection Criteria

Name Type. (Optional) Select the profile type whose relationship hierarchy you want to synchronize. If left blank, all Name Types will be built. The options are:

• Company
• Travel Agent
• Source

Select OK to begin the synchronization process. When completed, a message appears stating Process Finished.
